1. About MyDates.com.au

   We want all our users to have a safe and enjoyable time whilst on MyDates.com.au. Therefore use of the site is governed by our terms of use and code of conduct. Please fully read the terms of use as registration and use of this site is acknowledgment that you agree to be bound to our terms and code of conduct.    Mydates.com.au is a social dating website for adults. The site is provided to offer a free service in which adults can make contact with other adults. By uploading a profile you acknowledge that the information you submit will be visible to the online community.    8. You will not promote racism, bigotry, hatred, or any kind of harm aimed at users and or non-user and groups.

   10. You will respect the wishes of other users. For example should another user ask for you to stop message or contacting them in any way shape or form then you are to do so.
   11. You are only allowed to create and list one profile (one profile per user policy)
   12. You will not nor allowed to use this site to infringe the privacy rights, property rights or any other rights of any person and/or user of this site.
   13. You must use the site to send mass emails also known as spam
   14. You must not use this site to contact members for improper motives such as fraud or deception in order gain other members trust.

4. Content

   1. Photos/pictures and written content
      It is our aim to keep MyDates.com.au a well respected website and not to offend users by scenes of nudity or explicit photos. It is important to understand that not all users want to see nudity or sexually explicit photos. Therefore we have a code of content in which all users are to follow. In order to help users with this code we have installed photo gallery software in which photos can be stored within certain folders. The areas in which a user can store photos are; Profile picture – This is the picture seen on the search profile results page. All profile pictures must contain a headshot and cannot contain nudity or sexually explicit content. Public gallery – The public gallery can store up to 5 photos, which will be viewable to any registered user viewing your profile. The photos have to be of clean nature and cannot contain nudity and/or sexually exploit. Private gallery – You can up load up to 5 private photos in your private gallery. Users who ask for and have your consent can only view these photos
   2. You are not allowed to post any photos and or content of any other person other than your self or are sexually explicit or contain innuendos of a sexual nature
   3. You are not permitted to use coded messages that contain - hidden files, viruses, files or any other programs.
   4. You are not to send or receive images of nudity, animals and or cartoons drawings/illustrations, pedophilia or any content that may break any local or federal government laws. You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose. If so we will make available all information to law enforcement departments.
   5. You must not type any swear words and or text, which is not, deemed the Queens language. For the purpose of this site the oxford English dictionary shall be used to determine whether or not certain text and/or words can be used.
   6. When creating and/or viewing profiles you are to use your own judgment as per the content. Please be advised that this site is used to promote user profiles for online dating community and users should be prepared to read such material in association of such

5. Limitations and liabilities

You cannot hold MyDates.com.au nor any of its directors, employees, servants of agents and third party content providers liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, claims and expenses including but not limited to legal costs and defense or settlement costs, whatsoever arising from the use or inability to use MyDates.com.au. This also includes but not limited to technical aspects such as line dropouts, delays, transmissions, cancellation of your profile, and unauthorized access by out side parties.

   5. By using and becoming a member of MyDates.com.au we cannot guarantee that you will indeed find or acquire what it is you joined MyDates.com.au for. We guarantee no results or outcomes from using this site.
   6. If one or more of our terms becomes invalid this does not affect the rest of the terms and code of conduct
   7. We have the write to view all information and images in order to maintain the sites image and enforce its terms of use and code of conduct. Part or whole of any information and or images you upload can be blocked and or removed once uploaded without notice.
   8. At no point will you be asked for payment details or billing information. This site is 100% free to use and join with no hidden costs or restrictions (as long as activities falls within our terms of use and code of conduct) If you are asked for any information relating to billing or costs please inform us via the contact us and do not hand out any of the above information.
   9. You agree to hold us harmless due to any dispute and or incident you may have with another user of the site. 6. Subscription

   1. In order to use the certain features of mydates you must first subscribe
   2. Subscription is in the form of a payment via Paypal
   3. The only method of payment we accept is through Paypal. We do not accept cash or checks
   4. We reserve the right to change subscription fees and structure at any time, as new features and application may be added
   5. If your account is suspended or deleted for breaching one or more of our terms and conditions and or the code of conduct, you will not be given a refund or credit.
   6. We reserve the right to change, amend, and discontinue in whole or in part any feature or application of Mydates from here on in.
   7. If you are unhappy or wish to discuss account termination or suspension please contact us via the contact us page stating your user name and email address.
   8. Mydates will not guarantee any out come of item 7 and mydates word is final.
   9. Subscriptions are not transferable nor are you entitled to a part or full refund if you cancel your subscription.

7. Termination and Suspension

   We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your registration and access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice for any reason.

   Termination can occur but not limited to:

   • Misuse of the site.
   • Breaking any one of our terms of use and/or code of conduct.
   • Effecting the enjoyment of other users.
   • Fraud or any other illegal activities.
   • Inactive use of your account for over 3 months.

   We may also remove part or all of your profile while it is being reviewed.

   You can terminate your own registration at any time without notice by using the links on the home page.

8. Copyright, trademarks, ownership and intellectual property

   1. The copyright in this Web Site MyDates.com.au, is the look and feel of the site and the material, information, profiles, photos, all other content including intellectual property on this Web Site is owned by MyDates.com.au
   2. Mydates.com.au does not permit the copying, reproducing, editing, and publishing of any of its content, information or intellectual property by you or any registered and non-registered user.
   3. You must not upload, post, distribute, reproduce any copyrighted material, information, trademarks, intellectual property or any such material without obtaining the prior written consent from the owner of such material.
   4. Subject to the privacy act you acknowledge by becoming a user of the site you grant MyDates.com.au the right to use any part or whole of your content for any purpose.

9. Third party advertisers / sponsors

   1. At any time without notice MyDates.com.au can advertise, promote, sponsor any third party external activities including but not limited to services, functions, events, and offers.

Mydates.com.au does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense that you or any other user or non user may suffer as a result of any such third party external activities. Such links to third party sites do not form part of the MyDates.com.au website and are not under our control and entry to such sites and/or links are at your own risk.
   3. You may be subject to Third party external activities own terms and conditions separate to our own.
   4. All contact and participation with any third party external activities is entirely at your own risk.
   5. By advertising, promoting, sponsoring, any third party does not mean we represent or share the same view, opinion, condone or support such parties.

10. Information viewable by general public

    In proving our site has genuine profiles and users we allow non-registered members to view the public area of your profile. This area includes the following and will appear similar to the example below.

    If a non-member clicks on your profile they will be redirected to our login / sign up page. We strongly advise not to list any information in this area, which you do not want to be visible to non-registered members.
